Lenie E. Rocha

Atty. Lenie Rocel E. Rocha’s law practice revolves around corporate, labor, intellectual property, civil and criminal litigation, as well as in international arbitration. She was part of the team that won a high-stakes arbitration case against the Republic of the Philippines and has co-authored an article on the Journal of International Arbitration regarding the practice of arbitration in the country. Lenie has advised corporate clients on broad strategies for compliance on corporation law and regulations as well as technical requirements for corporate acts paving way for closed contractual deals, transferred shares and acquired corporate properties. She has likewise appeared before different courts and quasi-judicial agencies both inside and outside Metro Manila, representing corporate and individual clients. Atty. Rocha graduated from the University of San Carlos and was part of the champion team which represented the Philippines in the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition in 2015 in Washington D.C. She was admitted to the bar in 2017.
